Burning fat and losing weight is a constant challenge for 67% of Americans today. While you all try hard to diet and exercise as regularly as you can, you may find yourself consistently falling short of the goal for a thinner, healthier you. You read about and attempt to try all the new diets that are out there, you also consume every ‘magic’ pill that they put on the shelves.
